The latest product from Wacom, the Inkling tablet, takes us back in time to the old-fashioned pen on paper drawing. The Inkling is a ballpoint that transfers layered sketches to a PC or Mac via a USB connected receiver, which can then be edited with the included Sketch Manager software. The pen has a pressure sensing technology, recording 1,024 levels of sensitivity that will capture any nuance in your drawings.
The Wacom Inkling comes with a pen, receiver, rechargeable batteries, four spare pen ink cartridges, charging case and the Inkling Sketch Manager Application, stored in the Inkling receiver. The tablet will be available this September for $199.
