Kansas City based artist Adrian Halpern is somewhat of a visionary, capable of seeing the unseen and understanding the secret language of signs and symbols. His obsession with mysticism transcends in his art, that has a therapeutic effect on him, a form of alternative medicine.
Chaotic imagery, faces that emerge from distorted shapes, random colors, may not be understood by most viewers, but his art is individual and versatile, and its true meaning lies in the mind and experience of the viewer. After all, great art is the one that sets your spirit free and lets your mind wander.
